Terms of Purchase

Important: Due to corona you can cancel your booking up until the same morning of the date that your tickets are booked for.

The following terms apply when you purchase from Sip n Paint AB (Upplevelsemuseet, 556702-0325).

Payment
We use Stripe as a payment provider. For company events we also accept invoices with a 30 day payment period.

Cancelling or rebooking
A booked time can be cancelled or rebooked within 24 hours of your visit by calling us at 08 5800 5500.

Late arrival
No compensation is given for late arrivals. We will try to extend your time, but cannot leave any guarantees for this.

Broken items
If an item is broken as a consequence of careless handling we may charge you a repair fee. If a child is the cause the burden will be put on the parents.

Gift cards
If your gift card is lost, please contact us and we will try to replace it.

Force Majeure
In the occurrence of war, nature catastrophy, water leakage, cancelled or delayed deliveries from subcontractors and other events outside our control these things will be considered force majeure. This means that Sip n Paint Ab no longer has to fulfill its contractual duties.

Cancelling and rebooking when renting the entire museum
You can rebook without cost up 48 hours before the activity. You can cancel your booking without charge up to 7 days before your visit. Between 7 days and 2 days a fee of 20% of your booking’s value is taken. When cancelling within 48 hours of your visit a fee of 50% is taken.

The cost is the same no matter how many people in your group show up to the event.
