Terms of Purchase

NOTE: You can cancel your visit to the Museum of New Experiences and receive a refund up until the morning of your visit. Please send us an email and we will take care of the cancellation as soon as possible.

The following terms and conditions apply when purchasing from Svenska Upplevelsemuseer AB (Experience Museum), 556702-0325. By completing a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Payment

We use Stripe for online payments. You can pay with Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. We guarantee the security of our payment options. For corporate bookings, invoice payments are also offered with a 30-day deadline.

Late arrival

No compensation is given for late arrivals, but you are welcome to enter nonetheless. If the museum is nearing closing time, it is also possible to reschedule.

Damaged items

If items are damaged due to careless handling, we reserve the right to charge the customer who caused the damage the full repair fee. If a child caused the damage, the responsibility for compensation lies with the child’s parents.

Gift cards

If you lose or have your gift card stolen, please notify us as soon as possible. We can then issue a new gift card for you.

Incorrect pricing

In the event of any inaccuracies in pricing, etc., we reserve the right to correct these afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course choose to cancel your order free of charge.

Force Majeure

Events such as war, natural disasters, non-delivery from sub-suppliers, cost-increasing circumstances, and equivalent events beyond our control shall be considered force majeure. This means that Svenska Upplevelsemuseer AR is released from its obligations to fulfill entered agreements.

Cancellation and rebooking rules for booking the Experience Museum:

You can rebook free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity. For cancellation, the following rules apply: Companies and groups can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the visit. For cancellations between 7 and 2 days before the visit, a fee of 20% of the booking amount will be charged. For cancellations within 48 hours before the visit, a fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

The price remains the same regardless of how many people show up.

In the event of a late arrival, we will try to extend your visit time as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee anything.
